Crispy chicken
0.5chicken breast
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
¼ tsppaprika powder
20gflour
1egg
50gbread crumbs
500mlsunflower oil

Instructions
Garlic Aioli
Step 1
Grate the garlic.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Crispy chicken
Step 3
Cut the chicken breast in half. Then cut it in half one more time.
Step 4
Crack the egg in to a large plate and whisk until well combined. To another plate add the bread crumbs and to the finale one add the flour. Season the flour with salt, pepper and paprika powder and mix.
Step 5
First coat the chicken slice with flour. Then dip the chicken breast in the egg mixture. Then coat it in the bread crumbs.
Step 6
Heat the oil in a pan. Leave the heat on high and add the chicken. Fry for about 1,5-2min each side until crispy and golden brown.

Slice the tomato.
Step 8
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with garlic aioli.
Step 9
Top it with salad, tomato and chicken.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
