I would try adding vital wheat gluten if you want it to stay together better! ❤️ (haven’t tried it yet with the vital wheat gluten tweak but this loaf is still delicious) 😍

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Sauté onion, garlic, celery, and carrot for about 5 min or until soft

Partially purée all ingredients EXCEPT sugar and the extra ketchup (listed at bottom) with an immersion blender or food processor

ketchup2 Tbsp
flax meal2 Tbsp
bread crumbs½ cup
dried parsley
garlic powder
onion powder

Step 4
Shape mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Step 5
Bake for 35 min then glaze loaf with ketchup and sprinkle with sugar
