Instructions
Step 1
Throw the onion, garlic, ginger, chili and potatoes and half the olive oil in the soup pan
Step 2
In low heat, fry gently until the onions are soften, stir frequently to prevent burning.
Step 3
Add the water, black pepper and salt and cook for 30 min
Step 4
Blend the mix, add the kale and chorizo, cook for further 15 min
Step 5
season with more salt and pepper if required
