Instructions
Step 1
Saute onions in oil until golden brown
Step 2
Add garlic and saute for 1 minute
Step 3
Add chorizo and fry until chorizo oil starts to come out

Add tomato puree and fry for a couple of minutes
Step 5
Add chopped tomatoes, herbs de provence, chilli flakes, and sugar

Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 7
Meanwhile cook pasta
Step 8
After 10 minutes, add some pasta water until desired consistency, and add parsley, salt and pepper. Mix.
Step 9
Add pasta to sauce and mix well.
Step 10
Plate up and top with extra virgin olive oil and parmesan
