Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven 375°
Step 2
Add yeast, warm water, oil and sugar to mixer
Step 3
Mix (if using any other yeast than SAF instant let sit to foam before adding next ingredients)
Step 4
Add 1 cup flour and egg
Step 5
Add salt
Step 6
Mix in gradually next 2 cups flour.
Step 7
Knead dough for 3-5 min
Step 8
(Should come clean from bowl and be elasticy but not too wet) .
Step 9
Form dough into rough log shape and cut or rip into 8-10 equal parts.
Step 10
Roll into balls
Step 11
Put on greased baking sheet or slipat.
Step 12
Let raise 15ish min.
Step 13
Mix egg and milk in small bowl.
Step 14
Brush egg wash on top of raised bun.
Step 15
Shake sesame seeds or other seasoning on top.
Step 16
Bake for 15 min or until buns are golden brown and shiny on top.
Step 17
Let cool and slice in half! Enjoy!
