A delicious and easy Fall dessert, if you love apple pie, you’re gonna love these apple pie egg rolls. Egg roll wraps filled with apple pie filling, fried until golden then rolled in a cinnamon sugar mixture.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Peel and dice 6 Granny Smith apples
Step 2
2. Put a pan on high heat, add 2 tablespoons of butter and let the butter Melt
Step 3
3. The apples go in the pan then the brown sugar, regular sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt and give it a good mix and let it cook for 10 minutes. Take it off the heat and let it cool down
Step 4
4. Set out the egg roll wrappers. Working one at a time, add about a heaping tablespoons of the apple mixture in the middle.
Step 5
5. Use water to wet the edges of the egg roll wrapper. To roll, first, fold up the bottom corner to just over the apple mixture.
Second, fold in the right and left corners of the wrapper to the center, Continue rolling until the filling is fully wrapped inside of the egg roll.
Step 6
6. After they are all stuffed and rolled fry them on medium heat until golden.
Step 7
7. While they are frying mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Step 8
8. Ones they come out of the oil roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture and enjoy!
