Instructions
Step 1
Sweat off the chorizo in a pan until cooked. Remove from the pan and add the onions and garlic. Cook until soft
Step 2
Add the butter beans along with the wine. Cook that through before adding the stock
Step 3
Cut the chilli's and tomatoes before adding it in. Add the parsley and chives and stir well.
Step 4
Chop up some kale and add it to the pan at the end. Serve with rice or eat as a stew
