Step 1
To assemble the salad, place the mixed greens in a large serving bowl. Add the sliced strawberries. Drain and add the pickled red onions. Lightly toss to combine.
Step 2
Portion the mixed salad into individual serving bowls. Add 1-2 tbsp of dressing to each bowl, to taste. Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts. Lightly toss to combine. Serve immediately.
