80goat flour
blended oats
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspground cinnamon
50gfat free yogurt
¼ tspvanilla extract
60mlunsweetened almond milk
20mlliquid sweetener

Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven t0 180°C (356°F). Spray a 6-count donut case with a few 1 calorie sprays.
Step 2
Combine all the donut ingredients except for the sprinkles in a medium bowl until smooth and lump-free.
Step 3
Mix 5g of the sprinkles into the mixture. Set the remaining 5g aside.
Step 4
Spoon the mixture evenly into the donut molds.
Step 5
Bake the donuts in the pre-heated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean – about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Cool the donuts in the donut case for 2-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 7
Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by mixing the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Set aside.
Step 8
Spoon and spread the frosting onto the donuts. Top the donuts with the remining 5g of sprinkles, dividing evenly between the 6 donuts and serve.
