Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375(f) degrees & line a baking sheet with foil.
Step 2
Toss green beans with 1 tablespoon of oil, garlic, salt & pepper.
Step 3
Bake until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Step 4
As the green beans cook add the remaining olive oil to a skillet followed by the bread crumbs, lemon zest, salt & pepper. Cook over medium heat until golden, about 2 minutes.

Transfer green beans to a serving bowl & top with toasted bread crumbs. Serve immediately.
