Deseed and slice the peppers and chilli, cut the mangetout and baby corn in half, slice the spring onions. Separately, chop the garlic and mix it with the oyster sauce, soy sauce, tomato puree, lime juice and sweetener. Spray a wok with low-calorie cooking spray and stir-fry the peppers, spring onions, chillies, baby corn and mangetouts over a medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the prawns and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the prawns turn pink and become opaque. Stir in the sauce and cook for another minute, until you have a thick sauce coating the prawns. Serve with cooked egg noodles.
