Step 1

Slice up ½ a round lettuce , halve 5 small strawberries and speed-peel 3 spears of asparagus into ribbons, then mix with the smaller leaves from 2 sprigs of fresh mint and 1 teaspoon of your toasted nut mix . Toss in 1½ tablespoons of your creamy mint dressing just before tucking in.
