Instructions
Step 1
Melt 3 oz of butter in a sauce pan.
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic to the melted butter. Saute for one minute.
Step 3
2 tbsp of flour added to the butter and garlic mixture to create a roux.
Step 4
Salt and pepper to taste added to the garlic roux.
Step 5
Add 1 1/2 cups of milk slowly to avoid any clumps.
Step 6
Then add 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Step 7
Add 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Then add another 1/2 cup of grated Romano cheese.
Step 9
Add cooked fettuccine noodles to the sauce once the cheese has been melted.
Step 10
Add chicken or broccoli, as desired. Serve and enjoy!
