Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat
Step 2
Drain and rinse chickpeas and add to pan once oil is warm. Stir occasionally until chickpeas become a slight golden brown.
Step 3
Add in bone broth, soy sauce, and all seasonings (plus any other Mexican seasonings you enjoy). Stir to combine and cook another 3 minutes.
Step 4
While that is cooking, heat your tortillas and prep taco bar with some guacamole, Mexican cheese, and greek yogurt.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
