Step 1
Season mushroom with gram masala
Step 2
Roast bell pepper, squash and baby broccoli
Step 3
After roasting, peal the bell pepper. Add the Bell pepper, squash, baby brocolli, tamari, maple syrup to a blender, and blend till smooth.
Step 4
Stir fry the mushroom until nice and soft.
While doing so boil the brown rice pasta for 13 minutes.
Step 5
Add the pasta to the stir fried portabello mushrooms
Step 6
Add the blended sauce
Step 7
Continue cooking in the skillet for 5 or so minutes.
Step 8
Serve.
