Chili butter pasta with salmon🍝
This pasta is different from your typical pasta and I was inspired by similar recipes I saw on TikTok recently! It uses peanut butter and the final result reminds me of Asian flavours, similar to the Chinese Chow Mein. I believe this may work with other noodle types as well. Anyways, this is delicious nonetheless!

Instructions
Step 1
Pat dry salmon slice.
Step 2
Season with salt, pepper, oregano and cornstarch on both sides.
Step 3
Cook pasta in generously salted water.
Step 4
Melt butter in pan and cook salmon skin-side down for at least 4 minutes before flipping over.
Step 5
Once salmon is done, remove from pan and add butter.
Step 6
Sauté minced garlic.
Step 7
Add chilli oil crisps, light soya sauce and peanut butter.
Step 8
Add pasta water and mix well.
Step 9
Add cooked pasta and other ingredients and combine together. Make sure to coat every single strand of pasta.
Step 10
Assemble and serve!
