Instructions

Step 1
Wash and cut your cucumber in stripes.
Step 2
Layer the thin cucumber stripes and spread cream cheese on top.
Step 3
Wash and cut your carrot also in thin stripes and place it on top of the cream cheese.
Step 4
Cut your avocado in slices and place it on the carrots as well.
Step 5
Be careful and try to roll the ingredients to a big cucumber roll.
Step 6
Secure the cucumber roll with toothpicks and cut it in thick slices like sushi.
Step 7
Dip them in soy sauce and enjoy!
