Heat the oil in a big pan

Finely chop the onion
Step 3
Chop the pepper into small pieces

Add pepper, onion, paprika, chilli and turmeric to the pan

Cook for a few minutes

Add the stock cube and stock pot to the boiled water to dissolve

Add rice to the pan and stir to coat the rice with the mix

Add the stock water and stir

Bring to the boil then simmer with the pan covered for 5 minutes

Add the peas and stir

Cook for 5-7 mins until the liquid has absorbed
