Instructions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl combine the chickpeas, kidney beans, white beans, bell pepper, scallions, basil and garlic.
Step 2
In a small bowl combine the olive oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper. Toss with the salad.
Step 3
Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving.
