Instructions

Step 1
1° Preheat the oven with 350F. Spray 12 muffin openings each with coconut oil spray.
Step 2
2° In a large bowl, combine the almond milk and the eggs.
Step 3
3° In a separate bowl, combine the pancake mix and the protein powder.
Step 4
4° Combine the dry to the wet ingredients.
Step 5
5° Pour the batter into the muffin pan evenly and spoon a tablespoon of frozen blueberries on each muffin. Bake for 18 minutes.
Step 6
6° Allow the muffins rest for 10 minutes before placing on the cooling rack.
