Sour cream and lemon shortbreads

Instructions

Step 1
Beat butter, rind, and sifted icing sugar in small bowl with mixer until creamy. Stir in sifted flour, cream and juice.
Step 2
Spoon mixture into piping bag fitted with 1cm star tube. Pipe 2cm rosettes 3 cm apart of each other.
Step 3
Top with a little mixed peel.
Step 4
Bake in moderately hot oven for about 8 min or until lightly browned.
Step 5
Stand for 5 min before lifting onto wire racks to cool.
