Instructions
Step 1
Steam or microwave the broccoli until tender
Step 2
Heat the chopped garlic with some oil in a pan
Step 3
In the meanwhile, boil some water, add salt and cook the gnocchi
Step 4
Once the garlic is slightly browned, add the diced broccoli and saute for a few minutes
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes
Step 6
Once the gnocchi are cooked, transfer to the pan and mix for 1 more minute on a medium heat
Step 7
Turn off the heat, and add grated parmigiano reggiano while still mixing
Step 8
Serve and top with some freshly ground pepper
