Instructions

Step 1
Ensure to wash your vegetables

Minced chop your garlic, onion and chilis
Step 3
Paysanne slices for your green beans

Use a medium heat and In a medium size pan, add your favorite oil and sauté your garlic, onion and a few of the red and green chilis

After 2-3 minutes, add your ground pork and continue to mix until for the next 5 minutes

Add your 2 table spoon oyster sauce and 1 table spoon light soy sauce, mix it well and let it cook for 5minutes

add the rest of the green and red chili and add some peppers and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes and set aside, please ensure to stir it every once in a while as needed.

Fry an egg (1 or 2 eggs per person)

Plating - add steamed rice, put minced pork on top of the rice, add the fresh basil leaves -put your fried egg on top and some of the sauce
