Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 425. Put pie plate in oven with butter while oven is warming.
Step 2
Mix together flour, milk, sugar, and eggs until moistened.
Step 3
Remove pan from oven and spread melted butter in the pan.
Step 4
Pour moisture into pan.
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 min.
