Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the broccoli, cauliflower, pepper, and onion.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes and grapes in half.
Step 3
Add to the lettuce.

Pop the courgette, scrubbed carrots, apple and courgette through the grater - or grate by hand.

Add to lettuce, broccoli etc.

Sling in the grapes nuts and raisins and lemon rind

Mix well.

At this point you can eat it as it is, or you may prefer to add some homemade or organic mayo ( I like to mix a bit of pesto with my mayo)
