Instructions
Step 1
Shred your blocks of cheese and store the shredded cheese in a ziplock until we need it. **I use white cheddar and sharp cheddar every time and change up the other two depending on my mood.**
Step 2
Boil water for noodles. Add some salt and the chicken bouillon to the water. Cook noodles just under al dente.
Step 3
Drain pasta and pour noodles into baking dish.
Step 4
Toss the noodles in the dish with 2 tbsp butter and set aside when butter is melted.
Step 5
In a large pan on medium heat add your 4 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of flour. Whisk until smooth.
Step 6
Add in 12 oz can of Evaporated Milk and 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream.
Step 7
Whisk!
Step 8
Turn heat to low, slowly add little by little, 2/3's of your cheese. Whisking to smooth sach time before you add more cheese.
Step 9
Season your pan with black pepper, paprika, galric powder, onion powder and Lawry's. Season with your heart ;)

Turn off the heat

Add 2 tbsp sour cream and 2 oz of cream cheese.
Step 12
Whisk until smooth.
Step 13
Pour cheese sauce into the pan with the noodles. And fold in the noodles to coat all.
Step 14
Take your remaining cheese and top the pan.
Step 15
Sprinkle paprika on top.
Step 16
Bake at 400° for 25 mins and then broil a few mins until golden.
