Step 1
Add yeast and sugar to a bowl with warm water, stir.

Add half amount of flour to the water and almost all of the oil (leave a little bit for oiling the dough) and stir everything. Add salt and gradually add the rest of the flour and knead the dough.

When it's done, oil the dough with the rest of the oil, cover with damp cloth and let it rest for a half an hour. After 30 minutes, dough will be soft and sticky.
Step 4
Dust the counter with flour and take the dough out of the bowl and knead it lightly. Roll out the dough with your hands or rolling pin.
Step 5
Top it with your preferred filling. Bake at 250 degrees Celsius for 13 minutes on the bottom of the oven.
Step 6
This amount of dough will be enough for two pizzas.
