Instructions
Step 1
I buy frozen cauliflower rice from the store - and cook it in the microwave for the recommended time.
Step 2
Separately, fry the garlic, ginger, pancetta, tomato, prawns, spring onion and chilli together. Add the cooked cauliflower rice to the mix after 5 minutes.
Step 3
In a separate pan, fry the egg.
Step 4
Serve by adding egg and a fresh avocado on top and sprinkle with Chilli as you wish.
