Instructions
Step 1
Mix well sugar and eggs, once well beaten add oil and apple puree. Mix dry ingredients and add to the mix, lastly add carrots, raisins, walnuts and chopped chocolate.
Step 2
Bake at 400 degrees for 15/20 mins.
Step 3
Mix together butter, icing sugar and cream cheese and let rest in the fridge for an hour before using to decorate.
