Instructions
Step 1
Add olive oil into frying pan.
Step 2
Coat chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Then dip into the egg mixture.
Step 3
Add chicken and garlic to frying pan.
Step 4
Add 1 oz of butter and remove chicken when golden on both sides.
Step 5
Remove chicken from pan.
Step 6
Add the rest of the butter and mix in the flour.
Step 7
Pour in wine and mix for two minutes.
Step 8
Add chicken stock and lemon juice and mix. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 9
Add chicken back into pan and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Flip chicken side every 5 minutes.
Step 10
Sprinkle with basil.
