Instructions
Step 1
Line quiche dish with pastry, cover with baking paper and rice and bake uncovered for 10 minutes on 180 degrees
Step 2
Remove paper and bake for a further 10 minutes or until browned
Step 3
Heat oil in medium saucepan. Cook onion until soft; drain on absorbent paper
Step 4
Spread onion, tomato, basil, gruyere and Parmesan into pastry case. Top with combined egg and cream; sprinkle with tasty cheese.
Step 5
Bake, uncovered in moderate oven for about 35 minutes or until set
