Instructions
Step 1
Cut off the ends of the tomatoes. Then scoop out the seeds of each tomato.
Step 2
Dice tomatoes and add into a small mixing bowl.
Step 3
Mince the basil leaves and garlic cloves together. Then add to the tomatoes.
Step 4
Next, add the salt, pepper, and onion powder to the mixture. Finally add the olive oil and vinegar and then blend well. (If it’s not time to serve your appetizer, store in fridge for up to an hour.)
Step 5
Serve on top of toasted bread, bagel chip, or other bread of your choice!
