Instructions
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add carrots and cook 10-15 minutes until tender. Drain carrots and add back to the pan with butter, honey, and lemon juice then stir to combine.
Step 2
Cook for 5 minutes until glaze coats carrots. Season with salt and dill.
