Instructions

Step 1
Boil the kale leaves in salty boiling water for about 10 minutes, so they soften. After ths put the kale into a strainer and let it both release the water and cool down. When is cold, chop it in small pieces.

Step 2
Beat the eggs and add some salt, pepper, ginger powder, grated parmesan and thyme. Keep beating the eggs for a minute and then add both the ricotta cheese and the kale. Mix for another minute.

Step 3
Put a nonstick pan on the stove on a medium heat and poor the beateneggs in it. The frittata should be cooked for about ten minutes with a lid on the pan.
