Instructions

Assemble all ingredients
Step 2
Whisk chia seeds, coconut water, passion fruit and orange juice in a bowl.
Step 3
Allow to stand for 5 minutes - whisk again.
Step 4
Allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours
Step 5
Cut the mango and pineapple into small dice. Add to the chia mix.
Step 6
Add some lime zest and serve in a bowl, top with extra fruits and coconut chips.
