Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F), fan 170°C (340°F), gas mark 5.
Step 2
Put tenderstem broccoli in a roasting tin with lemon juice, garlic cloves, chilli.
Step 3
Mist the mixture with calorie control cooking spray. Season to taste and scatter over chilli flakes
Step 4
Cook for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 5
Serve with grated lemon
