As I'm on a healthy diet, I made these lemon pepper wings in the oven which turned out incredibly delicious.

Pat dry chicken wings

Make the marinade then add the chicken wings and coat well

Let it stand for at leasyan hour overnight in refrigerator is best

Pre heat oven to 200c

Roast chicken wings for 35 mins, flip over after 20 mins

Broil for 2-3 on each side to get it slightly charred

When the chicken wings are done, let it rest then make the sauce

Add the butter, let it melt then add the spices

You just want to cook this for around mins max on low heat ensuring butter and spices don't burn

Put the wings in a bowl, add the sauce, fresh coriander and coat well
