Easy Air Fryer Crunchy Chickpeas

These crunchy chickpeas are made in the air fryer in half an hour and can be seasoned with whatever you want--we love plain sea salt and Tajín seasoning. They'd be great with ranch or taco seasoning, too! Eat them by themselves or on a salad--they're a great crouton replacement.

Instructions

Step 1
Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas and place them into the basket of your air fryer. Add oil and shake the basket to cover the chickpeas completely.
Step 2
Cook at 300 degrees for 30 minutes (or until crispy), removing the basket and shaking it every 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Once the chickpeas are crunchy, toss them with your desired seasonings while they're hot.
Step 4
Allow them to cool, then transfer them to an air-tight container and enjoy them within 3 or 4 days.
