Step 1
- boil potatoes in salted water until soft (about 20 mins)

- in a bowl, mix boiled potatoes with olive oil and seasonings

- place potatoes on baking sheet. cut small crosses in the middle of every potato and smash them with the help of a spoon

- top with cheese, salsa sauce and chopped green onion
