Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190C (FAN)
Step 2
Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out several ‘love’ shapes and place onto a baking tray lined with parchment. Toast for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy
Step 3
Spread 1 tsp of 1912 Artisan Stilton on top of each
Step 4
Pit avocado and cut in half. Slice each half in to several thin slices. Flatten and cut lengthwise in half, doubling the amount of slices
Step 5
Wash, pat dry and remove strawberry tops. Slice strawberries in half. Tip the bottoms and slice the halves as razor thin as you can
Step 6
Arrange avocado slices on one half of the crostini and strawberries on the other
Step 7
Garnish with crumbled 1912 Stilton, balsamic glaze and thyme leaves. Don’t forget the fresh cracked pepper!
