Alberta's Cranberry-Cherry Chutney

Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a heavy-bottomed saucepan
Step 2
Mix the ingredients well.
Step 3
Bring to boil over medium to medium-high heat.
Step 4
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until cranberries pop.
Step 5
Cool, then chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Step 6
Variation: In Microwave
Place all ingredients in 2 Qt. Microwave safe bowl, mix well. Cover with waxed paper, microwave high for 12 - 14 minutes or until cranberries pop and mixture boils, stirring once half-way through cooking. Continue as directed above.
