Step 1
π Warm up oil in 350Β°F in saucepan
Step 2
π In a shallow bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tsp salt and pepper

π In a separate shallow bowl combine the nondairy milk, vinegar, Β½ cup flour, paprika, 1 tsp of salt and pepper
Step 4
π Using a spoon, pour small amounts of the wet batter into the dry batter (about 3 tbsp of wet batter)
Step 5
π Coat tofu in the wet batter first, then carefully move to the dry batter
Step 6
π Do the process again so that it has been coated twice in the wet and dry batter
Step 7
π Set on wire rack or plate until oil is ready
Step 8
π When oil has reached 350ΒΊF place the coated pieces in the oil
Step 9
π Cook for 6-8 minutes flipping at the halfway mark
Step 10
π Once they reach golden brown and crispy, they are ready to be taken out
Step 11
π When ready to be removed, transfer to wire rack or towel-lined dish
Step 12
π Sprinkle with salt as desired
