Coconut “Eggnog”

A vegan friendly twist on a classic holiday beverage: coconut eggnog! This recipe can be served warm or cold, whatever you desire! Just be sure to use canned coconut cream as it yields a much creamier consistency than the boxed variety.

Instructions

Step 1
Add milks, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt to a blender. Blend on high until creamy, about 1 minute.
Step 2
Serve over ice with a dollop of whipped topping. Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg & a cinnamon stick. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 weeks.
