Instructions

Step 1
Butter sides of heavy 3-quart saucepan.
Step 2
Combine sugar, milk, and butter in pan; bring to boil.
Step 3
Cook and stir over medium heat for 11 minutes.
Step 4
Remove pan from heat. Add chips, marshmallow cream, peanuts, and vanilla. Stir until chips are melted.
Step 5
Spread in an 8 x 8 pan.
