Instructions
Step 1
1. Place broccoli in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5-7 minutes or until crisp tender.
Step 2
2. Place 1 1/2 cups broccoli, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic in a food processor. Process until almost smooth. Add 1/4 cup cheese. and pulse 2-3 times to combine.
Step 3
3. Add beans and pesto to the remaining broccoli in the bowl. Toss gently to combine. Divide bean mixture evenly among four shallow bowls; top with remaining cheese.
