Instructions

Scoop out core of cabbage halves until roughly 1 inch is left.

Mix ground beef with onion, spices, and pine nuts. Pack meat mixture into cabbage.

Step 3
Roughly chop cabbage insides and put in large pot with tomato sauce, paste, bouillon, spices, and 1 cup water. Place cabbage halves, meat side down, into stock pot and cover. Cook on medium heat for minimum 40 min or until cabbage is soft and meat is cooked through. Remove from heat and simmer until liquids are reduced.
