Instructions
Step 1
Brown your sausage, beef, and chopped onion together while adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
When it’s done add a large (or 2 regular) jar of spaghetti sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes ( I also add a little bit of Italian seasoning)
Step 3
Next mix an egg into a large container of Ricotta cheese . Put a layer of ready made lasagna noodles ( if you use regular lasagna noodles you’ll have to cook them first) into a baking pan that will fit into the cooker( I used an aluminum pan and bent it to fit).
Step 4
Next pour about 1/2 of your meat sauce over the noodles. Add more noodles and spoon the Ricotta mixture over them.
Step 5
Next add more noodles and pour the rest of the meat mixture over them. top with lots of mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
