Instructions

Step 1
Turn your grill on to medium-high heat. If you're not grilling, use a cast iron skillet on medium-high heat.
Step 2
Marinate your chicken breasts with garlic achaar while you're waiting for the grill to turn on. Use enough garlic achaar so that the chicken is fully covered when mixed into the sauce. Roughly 3 tbsp.
Step 3
Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Step 4
Set the chicken aside for 10 minutes so that the chicken can absorb the juices. In the meantime, start making the sauce.
Step 5
Mix together 2 tbsp of greek yogurt with 1 tbsp of garlic achaar and mix together.
Step 6
Slice your chicken, and serve on rice with a dollop of the yogurt & achaar mixture, and cilantro to serve
