Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375

Chop your potatoes, peppers and onion. Slice your smoked sausage
Step 3
To a large mixing bowl, add your peppers, potatoes, onion and sausage. Drizzle with oil, season, and mix

Add in condensed soup, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Mix again until well combined

Pour the mixture into a greased 9x12 baking dish
