1 TBSPPOMEGRANATE MOLASSES
0.25 TSPCITRIC ACID
Pot Mixture
Instructions
Step 1
Soak 4 cups of rice
Step 2
2. While rice is soaking make mixture: Blend 2 bunches of parsley in food processor and add to a bowl

3. Blend one bunch of dill and add to bowl
Step 4
4. Blend one large white onion and add to bowl
Step 5
5. Blend two tomatoes and one bunch of green onion and add to bowl

6. Add 1 ½ tbsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, add 1 tbsp of seven spice (or more), a little bit of cinnamon, ¼ cup of olive oil, 1 tsp of Turkish coffee, 1 tbsp of pomegranate molasses, then add soaked rice and tiny bit of citric acid

7. Mix all together and roll grape leaves

8. At the bottom of pot add layer of the actual grape leaf and sliced potatoes on top and then add rolled grape leaves

9. In a bowl, squeeze two lemons, add two chicken bouillon cubes, add a little hot water (mix to dissolve cubes), 2 tbsp of pomegranate molasses, 1 ½ tbsp salt, sprinkle of black pepper and seven spice and citric acid, and ½ cup of olive oil

10. Mix then add on top of grape leaves in the pot
Step 11
11. Add water just enough to reach the top and cover the grape leaves
Step 12
12. Add pressure on top and cook for about 2 hours
